I’m not the biggest John Mayer fan. I could really take him or leave him.
I do, however, think he’s a supreme talent whose mouth tends to get him into more trouble than his questionable morality can get him out of.

My local paper, The Columbus Dispatch, recently ran a multi-article expose on domestic violence cases within the state of Ohio.
According to the series, most domestic violence cases, unsurprisingly, involve women and children, although men are not unaffected.
In addition, despite an overwhelmingly large number of cases within Ohio and the United States, most domestic violence cases still remain unreported.

Twenty years ago today, the AIDS virus was officially recognized by the federal government as a global epidemic.
Twenty years later, AIDS is classified as a pandemic and is the leading cause of the death and disease in women ages 15 to 44.

So, what’s next for Oprah? Is there anything she could pursue that she hasn’t already cemented? Rumor has it she’s considering launching a cable channel.
